Bandana Questions and Answers
Q:	How do I determine the size bandana I need?
A:	The Small "miniature" bandana fits up to 7" tied or up to 12" with velcro, the inner circumferance is 13" allowing an extra inch for comfort. Please note: this bandana is very tiny. The Medium Short bandana fits up to 11" tied or up to 18" with velcro. The Medium Regular bandana fits up to 14" tied. The Medium Long bandana fits up to 17" tied. The Large bandana fits up to 21" tied. The X-Large bandana fits up to 27" tied. When measuring your pets neck, be sure the measurement will easily slip over their head for proper fit. If you are not sure which size to order, select the next size up.

Q:	There are styles shown in the group display for small dog bandanas that are on the home page but I don't see them on the order page, are these available?
A:	Yes, we may not have every size in every style. Check our limited supply bandanas or the holiday bandanas page. Please e-mail us and we'll let you know if we have the size you want for that particular fabric. Our Halloween bandanas are not on the site right now but we have them.

Q:	I need a bandana shipped right away. Is that possible?
A:	Yes, we keep a few made up for emergency orders. Please check our inventory for availability. Any orders placed for bandanas not in stock will be shipped within a week.

Q:	Where should I measure my pet?
A:	Use a tape measure around the lower part of your pet's neck. Make sure you can easily slip the tape measure over your pet's head. Enter the measurement in inches on the order page for the bandana selected. We will add the additional length for the tie.

Q:	How do I tie the bandana to make it look like a bow?
A:	We use a sailor's knot to tie our bandanas. Click here for instructions.

Q:	Can I get a different color backing on a bandana?
A:	Yes, if the is fabric available and it has a solid color backing (click the fabric swatch on the home page to see the reverse fabric used). Please check the inventory link for fabric availability. Should you want a different color, please type in the color you want in the customer comments area of the checkout section.

Q:	I want a bandana made in a particular fabric that you don't offer on your website. Will you make one for me?
A:	Yes, select the bandana link and select the size & quantity desired for any bandana. Go to checkout and select the "pay by mail" option. Print the page with your information, enclose a check for the amount indicated, and mail the fabric to us. Please buy 100% cotton fabric. Size small - 12" in lenght x 6" deep \| Size medium short, regular, & long - 32" in length x 10" deep \| Size large - 38" in length x 15" deep \| Size X-large - 44" in lenght x 18" deep If there is a pattern/image on the fabric it needs to fit in the center of the V section of the bandana. I would help if you already had one of our bandanas in the size you need when purchasing fabric.

Jewelry Questions and Answers
Q:	I want to order a dog necklace. Where should I measure my dog's neck?
A:	Refer to the Pet Jewelry page and measure your dog's neck like the picture shown to the left. These necklaces have a magnetic clasp so you don't need the measurement to slip over their head. Be sure the measurement provided will not interfer when your pet eats or drinks. Take one of your necklaces and tape it to fit your pets neck measurement, if your pet can get it in their mouth, the measurement it too big.

Q:	Can I get a necklace using a different stone?
A:	Yes, Please send an e-mail with the desired stone. Due to the varying price of stones it may be more expensive.

Q:	Should I add extra length for my bracelet order?
A:	No, just provide your wrist measurement.

Q:	What is Antique Gold and Antique Silver?
A:	It is peuter with a layer of gold or silver on top of it.

Dog Pin Questions and Answers
Q:	Do you make these dog pins?
A:	No, the pins, pendants, ornaments, and pedestals are handmade by Karen Silton. Please allow 10 - 14 days for the production of your order plus shipping time to receive your order.

Question and Answers that apply to all items
Q:	Do you accept credit cards?
A:	We accept PayPal. PayPal accepts VISA, Master Card, and Discover.

Q:	I don't have a PayPal account, how do I pay with a credit card?
A:	On the check out page, you will see the following: If you do not currently have a PayPal account, select the "click here" button to pay by credit card. Next, verify your shipping information and click the "Continue Checkout" button. On the Billing Information page select the credit card you want to use.

Q:	Do you have another payment option?
A:	You can pay by check or money order, enter the items you want to order in the shopping cart and on checkout, select the "Pay by Mail" option. Print your order, enclose your payment, and snail mail it to us. Should we be out of a particular item, we will refund you the difference.

Q:	I want to send my order as a gift. Is that possible?
A:	Yes. Be sure to fill out the "ship to" information when placing your order.

Q:	When will my order be shipped?
A:	Orders will be filled when we receive your payment. If we have the item in stock, we will ship it the following day. If the item is not in stock, please allow 1 week to receive your order.

Q:	What is your return policy?
A:	All items are returnable providing they are in the same condition as when you received them. Should you need a different size please specify which size and include a check for the price difference. If the item is less than what you are returning, we will send you a check for the difference along with your shipment. In the event you just want your money back instead of an exchange we will refund your money (this policy does not apply to the dog pins, pendants, ornaments and pedestals).
